Warranty Information
The warranty on all products is commensurate with the intended and stated warranties offered by the manufacturer. The warranty time period varies with each manufacturer. The manufacturer ultimately determines the status and issues of warranty claims. We will work closely with any warranty issue by handling the warranty claim with the manufacturer on behalf of its customers. We cannot be responsible for any shipping cost for parts or replacement items that are shipped by the manufacturer. Your first call on warranty issues should be to us so the proper steps can be taken. In some instances the manufacturer will send a representative to inspect the warranty issue, or will ask for emailed photographs.
